PARKGENE PTE LTD is scalable blockchain-based platform that enables drivers to book parking directly from individual parking space owners at lower prices, with convenience. PARKGENE’s decentralized technology will supply new parking spots in already crowded cities, which now remain unutilized, by enabling not only peer-to-peer but also the seamless integration of all existing parking technology. PARKGENE is issuing the GENE token, that will be used as a means of payment for parking. Drivers use the GENE token to pay parking spot owners.
Currently Parking creates a huge burden on drivers and the cities. One in three drivers abandoned their search for a parking space at least once in the past year, as drivers spend an average of nearly nine minutes in pursuit of a coveted spot. To solve this problem a Team created a Platform called “PARKGENE”.
PARKGENE’s decentralized technology will supply new parking spots in already crowded cities, which now remain unutilized peer-to-peer parking will generate new opportunities globally for myriad commercial parking lots, garages and residents to rent out their parking spaces with the aid of online marketplaces running over mobile and web platforms.
There aim is to create a more transparent and liquid way to park. PARKGENE addresses both the short and long-term parking rental markets by lowering fees, using decentralized conflict resolutions and making this market truly P2P, eliminating various middlemen, and ensuring that reviews and listings are honest, as they are stored on an immutable blockchain.

Parking spot owners will be able to list and sell their spots directly to drivers. Blockchain and smart contracts are used to make the parking efficient, cheaper and secure, while GENE token payments resolve regulation compliance issues.

The Volatility Protection scheme is further detailed below with the following two protections offered:
- Up to 20% upside guaranteed
If the digital asset exchanged for tokens appreciates, the token holder will get extra tokens up to 20% of the upside.
- Downside protection against any downside risk
If you have purchased GENE tokens using cryptocurrency, we will lock the number of tokens against the crypto price at the time of the purchase.

If the digital asset exchanged for the tokens appreciates, the token holder will be able to benefit from this as his tokens will be recalculated up to a certain percentage based on volume (see table above).
Token Sale
During the Token Sale, PARKGENE PTE Ltd will issue a crypto token called GENE Token (GENE) on the Ethereum blockchain, operated by a smart contract which will be made available to buyers globally, excluding Restricted Persons.
The ICO will be executed from January 15th to the 19th of February and bonus tokens will be awarded based on the date of purchase and the actual volume.
